SoloBid is local-first. Your jobs, quotes, invoices, clients, photos, and price book are stored only on your device. We run no accounts and no sync servers, and we cannot see your business data.
When you use voice-to-quote or AI quote parsing, the audio recording or transcript you dictate (plus your price book item names and prices, used for matching) is sent to our server and forwarded to our AI provider (OpenRouter, routing to OpenAI models) to be transcribed and structured. We do not store your recordings or transcripts on our server. The AI provider processes them under its own privacy terms.
To enforce the free tier's monthly AI quote allowance, our server stores a random device identifier with a usage count. This identifier is generated by the app, is not tied to your name, email, or any personal detail, and cannot identify you.
SoloBid Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.
No ads, no trackers, no selling of data, no analytics tied to your identity.
